Congratulations! That photo of you surrounded by books is so real. Which branch of Hachette is putting it out? Hachette subsidiary Workman published my book "Talk To Your Boys" in Sept. 2025, and I've been quite happy with them.
I know when my wife snapped it we both knew it was really capturing a point in time.
im with Public Affairs and they’ve been great so far. I’m glad to hear your experience with them was positive - and it’s evident in your book which is great
Congratulations Jeremy. Can’t wait for the published book to come out. I hope to be the first (or one of the first) to buy it. I would love to maybe even get it signed by you at a local speaking event (which I assume that you will have as part of the book launch and marketing strategy).
I am, as always with you, so totally and immensely impressed with all that you do, including the meaningful work that you undertake on all things that you put your mind to.
In this case it is so amazing what efforts you put into this book and the work that you have have done in researching and gathering data, including real first-hand information from “the field” and then of course writing the actual book manuscript!
All the best and good luck to you as you move into the next set of phases of this incredible accomplishment (actual publishing, launching and speaking tours, etc!).
Yes you will 100% get one of the first books and I'll definitely keep you posted about book events. Have no fear that you are already on this list for outreach and I'm grateful for your support (always) in all this work.
And do keep me posted Jackie if you think there are any organizations or places in your community or orgs that Gary works with that you think might be interested in doing a bulk buy of copies (i.e. anywhere from 25-250). The book won't be available for a while but thought I'd plant the seed.
Congrats! I'm looking forward to reading it. Much of our work is rooted in concerns about wealth inequality and it's something we all need to be talking about more.
I think you'll really like it Betsy! It is 100% in the wheelhouse of the fantastic work that RGMII is doing. Perhaps most interestingly, I provide counties in the southern coalfields of West Virginia (right next to Mercer County) and in western North Carolina. I think the book might really help move the needle on some of the issues around inequality in these areas. Let's stay in touch!
A huge congrats, Jeremy! I'd love to be involved in promoting your book in any way you think will help. I'm planning a few "upgrades" to my newsletter to have up and running before the end of this year... I'll email you at some point to get on your list.
I can't wait!!!
Couldn't have done it without you!
This is one not to be missed!
That is for sure!
Congrats!! Can't wait to read it!!
Can't wait to share it with you!
Congrats! Can't wait to pre-order.
I'll 100% keep you posted when you can!
Bravo!!!
Much appreciated! Getting there day by day.

I’m looking forward to reading the book. I believe in your statement about the answer being in our backyard.
I’m glad to hear it! The trick is figuring out where to look

Fantastic! I’ll definitely add you to the team then. More to come there.
And excited to see the upgrades keep me posted.
I'm excited to read it, Jeremy!
You're gonna love it Jadrian! 100% in your zone
I would appreciate an update when the book is available for order (preorder). Thank you!
Absolutely will add you to the list for outreach Sarah! Stay tuned
Nice work & sorely needed. Inequity and racism (intertwined) remain the defining characteristics of US society.
Such an important reason why this book focuses on solutions for untangling inequalities and embedding opportunity in our communities.
Excited for you to read the book Jon.
Looking fwd to it, compadre!
Congrats!!
Much appreciated Adam! More to come for sure.
Congrats on finishing the book. I will be sure to buy a few copies when it is out
